Retail Sales Showroom Coordinator
Role Summary:
Manage day-to-day showroom operations and drive sales for home furnishing fabrics. Act as the primary point of contact for customers from walk-in to post-purchase feedback, ensuring product knowledge and service quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Knowledge : Maintain strong understanding of fabric qualities across categories:
a) Curtain main fabric
b) Sheer fabric
c) Lining fabrics
d) Sofa / Upholstery fabric
- Brand Management : Stay updated on all brands available in the showroom and communicate USPs to customers
- Pricing & Quotation : Check prices accurately and prepare/share quotations for customers
- Site Coordination : Arrange for site measurements to be taken upon order finalization. Clarify responsibility and scheduling with the team
- Vendor Management : Place and follow up on orders with vendors. Ensure timely procurement and quality checks
- Customer Experience : Host and assist customers in the showroom. Guide them through fabric selection, combinations, and usage
- Feedback & Retention : Collect customer reviews post-purchase to improve service and build referrals
Skills Required :
- Strong knowledge of home furnishing fabrics and applications
- Sales and negotiation skills
- Attention to detail for measurements and orders
- Good communication and customer-handling ability
Work Timming : 10 am - 07 pm tuesday to sunday
