Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month (depending on experience) + Performance Incentives

We are launching a unique premium dairy retail store that offers customers a transparent, live ghee-making experience. Customers will be able to witness the entire process of transforming butter into pure desi bilona ghee in-store.

We are looking for an energetic and responsible Store Manager who can oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional customer service, and maintain the highest standards of hygiene and quality.

• Key ResponsibilitiesStore OperationsManage day-to-day store activities and ensure smooth functioning.
• Open and close the store according to SOPs.
• Supervise live ghee-making demonstrations and ensure process compliance.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards.
• Staff ManagementSupervise sales staff and production helpers.
• Prepare duty rosters and manage attendance.
• Train staff on customer service, hygiene, and product knowledge.
• Ensure discipline and productivity.
• Inventory & Stock ControlMonitor inventory of milk, butter, packaging material, and finished products.
• Coordinate procurement and stock replenishment.
• Minimize wastage and pilferage.
• Maintain accurate stock records.
• Sales & Customer ServiceDeliver an outstanding customer experience.
• Explain product quality, freshness, and the live production concept.
• Handle customer complaints professionally.
• Achieve sales targets and upselling goals.
• Cash & BillingManage POS billing, cash handling, and daily reconciliation.
• Prepare daily sales and expense reports.
• Quality AssuranceEnsure all products meet company quality standards.
• Monitor shelf life and product freshness.
• Maintain records of production and quality checks.
• ReportingSubmit daily reports on sales, stock, staff attendance, and customer feedback.
• Coordinate with the owner for operational improvements.
• Required Skills and QualificationsGraduate in any discipline (Hospitality/Food/Dairy background preferred).
• Min 2 years of experience in retail store management, preferably in food, dairy, FMCG, or premium retail.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Good knowledge of inventory management and billing software.
• Understanding of hygiene and food safety standards.
• Customer-focused and sales-oriented mindset.
