Job Description

Key Responsibilities

* Identify and generate new business opportunities through field visits, networking, referrals, and digital outreach.

* Develop and maintain relationships with dealers, distributors, fleet operators, corporate clients, and individual customers.

* Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company.

* Conduct product presentations and explain EV features, benefits, pricing, and financing options to potential customers.

* Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into successful sales.

* Coordinate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and lead-generation activities.

* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales reports, and pipeline updates.

* Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and developments in the electric vehicle industry.

* Provide excellent after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term relationships.


Requirements

* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.

* 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or lead generation (automobile/EV industry preferred).

* Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

* Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset.

* Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.

* Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage.

* Willingness to travel for client meetings and field sales activities.
