Sales Manager

Job Description – Area Sales Manager (ASM) | Delhi

Location: Delhi

Experience Required: 2–3 Years

Industry Preference: Mobile Accessories / FMCG / Consumer Electronics

Role Overview:

We are looking for a result-driven Area Sales Manager (ASM) to manage and grow our sales operations in the Delhi region. The candidate will be responsible for increasing market penetration through regular shop-to-shop visits, building strong retailer relationships, and driving consistent sales-out.

Key Responsibilities:

* Conduct regular market visits (shop-to-shop) to ensure product visibility and availability

* Drive sales-out from retail counters and achieve monthly/quarterly targets

* Develop and maintain strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and dealers

* Identify new business opportunities and expand the retail network

* Ensure proper product placement, branding, and merchandising in stores

* Monitor competitor activities and provide market feedback

* Coordinate with distributors for stock availability and timely delivery

* Track daily sales activities and submit reports to management

Requirements:

* Minimum 2–3 years of experience in field sales (preferably in mobile accessories / FMCG)

* Strong knowledge of Delhi market and retail network

* Good communication and negotiation skills

* Ability to work independently and achieve targets

* Must be comfortable with field work and traveling within Delhi
