Role Overview
We’re looking for a dynamic CRM Executive who thrives on building relationships, managing leads,
and ensuring a seamless customer journey. You’ll be the backbone of our sales
operations—ensuring no lead is missed and every client gets a premium experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and update CRM data with high accuracy and consistency
- Handle inbound & outbound calls, emails, and client queries professionally
- Track, assign, and nurture leads across the sales funnel
- Ensure timely follow-ups to maximize conversions
- Coordinate site visits and meetings with the sales team
- Maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business & referrals
- Generate and analyze reports on lead status, conversions, and performance
- Support marketing campaigns through CRM data management and segmentation
- Ensure complete documentation of client interactions and transactions
