Job Description

Candidate must be result oriented.

Job Description – Team Leader (B2B Sales)

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a B2B inside sales team
  • Drive sales through lead generation, calling, and deal closure
  • Monitor team performance and achieve monthly targets
  • Train and guide team members for better results

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in B2B / Inside Sales
  • Must have team handling experience in previous company
  • Should have stable work history (minimum 1 year – 2 year in one company)
  • Strong communication, leadership, and sales skills

🔥 Mandatory Condition (Important):

  • Candidate must be able to bring at least 2–3 team members
  • Team members should have minimum 6 months – 1 year experience in one company
  • Team members salary range: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000

What We Prefer:

  • Candidates with a ready team will be given priority
  • Candidates with consistent experience (not frequent job changes)

Salary & Benefits:
