Job Description
We are looking for a Logistics Operations and Documentation Executive who will manage daily shipment operations and prepare Sea export documentation. Specific export document -The candidate will coordinate with , shipping lines, customers, and internal teams to ensure smooth cargo movement.

Key Responsibilities
1️⃣ Operations
Handle daily shipment operations ( Sea export ).
Coordinate with shipping lines, especially understand how to place the booking in the shipping line portal – Main shipping line Portal
Follow up with customer – container placement/ stuffing schedule
Well understand – filing post shipment document VGM/ TR/ forwarding note SI on the shipping line portal / and also well understand vessel cut-off and hand-over cut-off from ICD and MUNDRA /NHAVA SHEVA PORT
• Track shipment status and update customers.
• Manage pickup, delivery, and cargo movement.
• Ensure shipments move as per schedule and follow up with shipping line
Good communication skills are required with customer and as well as with shipping lines
Prepare DSR report for customers on a daily basis
