Position Title:Personal Secretary / Executive Assistant & Business Development Manager

Work Mode:On-Site with Extensive Pan-India Travel Flexibility
Working Hours:9:30 AM – 7:30 PM (Flexibility required)
Working Days:6 days/week
Leaves: 4 fixed offs/month + Public Holidays + 1 Emergency Leave/month

Role Overview:This is a hybrid role combining executive assistance with client-focused business development. You will support senior leadership in operations and decision-making while actively contributing to business growth, lead generation, and stakeholder engagement.
- Key Responsibilities:Executive Assistance & CoordinationManage calendars, travel itineraries, and day-to-day administrative tasks for leadership.
- Prepare reports, meeting notes, follow-ups, and internal documentation.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and efficiency.
- Act as a liaison between senior management and internal/external stakeholders.
- Coordinate meetings, client visits, vendor interactions, and project follow-ups.
- Client Relationship Management & BDAssist in lead identification, client meetings, and presentation pitches.
- Build and maintain relationships with HNIs, developers, and industry partners.
- Follow up on sales inquiries, quotes, and proposals.
- Create and manage CRM records, client databases, and performance trackers.
- Represent the company in exhibitions, trade events, and networking evenings.
- Marketing & Strategic SupportCoordinate with internal teams for social media and marketing initiatives.
- Track industry trends and competitor activities for market intelligence.
- Help in drafting business proposals, product decks, and sales materials.
- Manage communication for events, installations, and client onboarding.
Candidate Profile:Essential Traits:
- Highly organized, polished, and professional
- Fluent in spoken & written English

- Strong interpersonal and time-management skills
- Enthusiastic about technology and high-end products
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Communications, Engineering, or related field
- 2–5 years of experience in similar roles (EA/PA/BD/Sales Coordination)
- Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), CRM Tools & Google Suite

- Exposure to luxury/tech/home automation industries
- Prior experience working with high-profile clients or in premium B2B setups
