Job Description

  • Design & Concept DevelopmentDevelop interior concepts, mood boards, and presentation designs.
  • Prepare space planning and furniture layouts.
  • Create modern, functional, and aesthetically balanced interiors.
  • Integrate Vastu considerations wherever required.
  • Design residential, commercial, retail, office, and showroom interiors.
  • 2. Technical Drawings & DocumentationPrepare detailed:
  • Working drawings
  • Furniture drawings
  • False ceiling layouts
  • Electrical layouts
  • Flooring layouts
  • Wall elevations
  • Joinery details
  • BOQs and specifications
  • Ensure drawings are site-execution friendly.
  • 3. 3D Visualization & PresentationCoordinate with 3D visualizers for realistic renders.
  • Review materials, lighting, textures, and detailing in visual outputs.
  • Present concepts professionally to clients.
  • 4. Site Coordination & ExecutionConduct site visits and supervise execution quality.
  • Coordinate with:
  • Contractors
  • Carpenters
  • Electricians
  • Vendors
  • Fabricators
  • Resolve on-site design and execution challenges.
  • Monitor timelines and project progress.
  • 5. Client HandlingConduct client meetings and requirement discussions.
  • Present design concepts and revisions.
  • Maintain professional communication and project updates.
  • Ensure high client satisfaction and relationship management.
  • 6. Material & Vendor ManagementSelect and finalize:
  • Laminates
  • Veneers
  • Tiles
  • Lighting
  • Furnishings
  • Hardware
  • Paint finishes
  • Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for quotations and deliveries.
