Interior Site Supervisor

Position Overview

The Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all construction, design installation, and site operations. This role requires strong coordination with vendors, contractors, and project teams to ensure timely, quality completion of interior projects while maintaining compliance with safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

•       Supervise and manage all construction and installation activities on-site

•       Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and vendors for timely material delivery and installation

•       Manage vendor relationships and ensure adherence to contractual terms and quality standards

•       Schedule and monitor contractor work to meet project timelines and milestones

•       Conduct daily site inspections and quality checks of interior finishes, materials, and workmanship

•       Resolve site issues, conflicts, and discrepancies between design specifications and execution

•       Maintain accurate documentation, daily logs, and progress reports

•       Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations on-site

•       Coordinate with design team to implement design intent and resolve technical challenges

•       Manage project costs, budgets, and vendor invoices within approved parameters

Required Qualifications

•       3-5 years of experience in interior construction supervision or site management

•       Strong knowledge of interior finishes, materials, and construction best practices

•       Proven experience managing contractors and vendors

•       Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office

•       Strong communication and leadership skills

•       Diploma/Bachelor's in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (preferred)

Desired Skills

•       Experience with CAD drawings and design specifications

•       Knowledge of luxury or high-end interior finishes

•       Familiarity with project scheduling software

•       Experience in property development or real estate projects
