Interior Designer

Raamah Projects is expanding its design team and is looking for a Senior Interior Designer who can lead projects independently, take design ownership, and gradually build and lead a design team.

This is not a basic designer role — this is a design leadership position where you will shape concepts, manage client relationships, guide execution teams, make material decisions, and contribute directly to the company’s growth roadmap.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

1. Project Design Leadership

• Take complete ownership of projects from concept to execution

• Create layouts, concepts, moodboards, material palettes, and design directions

• Review, guide, and finalize 3D renders with our 3D team

• Prepare and oversee working drawings, GFCs, and detail drawings

• Make confident design and material decisions

2. Client & Team Coordination

• Present concepts and design updates to clients

• Translate client requirements into practical, build-ready designs

• Coordinate with project managers, site teams, 3D artists & vendors

• Ensure designs are executed correctly on-site

3. Material & Technical Knowledge

• Deep understanding of materials, finishes, hardware, fabrics, lighting, etc.

• Ability to develop material boards and budgets

• Compare material alternatives, costing, and feasibility

• Provide design solutions aligned with timelines & budgets

4. Team Leadership & Growth

• Guide junior designers & interns

• Review design outputs and improve quality benchmarks

• Build a design team gradually as the company expands

• Contribute to creating internal SOPs, libraries & design systems

• Help establish Raamah’s design identity and standards

5. Strategic Contribution

• Strong creative + technical understanding

• Ability to handle high-end residential & commercial projects independently

• Expertise in AutoCAD, SketchUp/Revit, Photoshop, and design workflows

• Excellent material knowledge and vendor interaction experience

• Strong communication & client-handling skills

• Proven ability to lead a team
