Job Description

Key Duties & Responsibilities

The role is highly active and involves managing multiple moving parts on a interior site.

Workforce Supervision: Directing on-site laborers, carpenters, and specialized subcontractors (electrical, plumbing) to ensure they follow design specifications.

Quality & Progress Monitoring: Conducting regular inspections to verify quality and maintaining Daily Progress Reports (DPRs) for project managers.

Resource Management: Managing material inventory, tracking usage to minimize waste, and coordinating timely deliveries from vendors.

Safety Compliance: Implementing and enforcing site safety protocols to reduce accidents and ensure a secure working environment.

Conflict Resolution: Proactively identifying and solving on-site technical challenges or design inconsistencies as they arise.
