Job Description

 Primary Responsibility (90% of your time):

You will sit with a call list and a headset. Your ONLY KPI is converting leads into paid admissions.

  1. Cold Calling & Follow-ups: Call 70-100 prospects daily (parents/students) who have shown interest in our courses.
  2. Objection Handling: You will hear "I am busy," "Too expensive," "Let me think." You will have pre-scripted rebuttals to handle these and close the admission.
  3. Data Entry (Critical): You will update every call status in Excel (Called, Not Picked, Follow-up on X date, Converted, Lost). No data = No salary increment.
  4. WhatsApp Pitching: Send course brochures and payment links to interested leads immediately after the call.
