Shorthand Teacher

Shorthand and Typing Teacher – We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Shorthand and Typing Teacher to train students in shorthand writing and typing techniques. The candidate will be responsible for developing students' speed, accuracy, and proficiency while preparing them for academic, competitive, and professional requirements.

• Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and deliver lessons in shorthand and typing.
• Train students to improve typing speed, accuracy, and shorthand transcription skills.
• Conduct practical sessions, exercises, and speed tests.
• Assess student performance and provide regular feedback.
• Prepare lesson plans, study materials, and practice assignments.
• Maintain attendance and student progress records.
• Guide students in exam preparation and skill development.
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of computers, keyboards, and classroom equipment.
• Maintain discipline and create a positive learning environment.
• QualificationsDiploma, Bachelor's degree, or certification in Shorthand, Typing, Secretarial Practice, or a related field.
• Prior teaching or relevant professional experience is preferred.
• Skills & RequirementsExcellent shorthand and typing speed with high accuracy.
• Strong communication and teaching skills.
• Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with typing software.
• Good classroom management and organizational skills.
