Job Description
- Manpower Supervision: Manage daily on-site staff deployment, including security guards, housekeeping teams, and technical technicians.
- Attendance & Roster Tracking: Verify daily workforce attendance, handle shift rotations, manage sudden absenteeism, and arrange substitute personnel.
- Site Audits & Inspections: Conduct regular, unannounced field visits to monitor service quality, employee grooming, and overall asset maintenance.
- Client Coordination: Function as the primary touchpoint for building managers or society committees to resolve complaints swiftly.
- Compliance Maintenance: Ensure field operations strictly comply with standard operating procedures (SOPs), safety rules, and statutory labour regulations.
