Social Media Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and creative Social Media Executive to strengthen our digital presence. The ideal candidate will bring strong communication skills, creative thinking, and a hands-on approach to managing and growing social media platforms. This role is suited for individuals who are passionate about content, trends, and audience engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day social media operations across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn 
• Create, curate, and publish engaging content including posts, captions, reels, and stories 
• Develop and maintain content calendars aligned with marketing goals 
• Stay updated with social media trends and implement innovative ideas 
• Engage with followers, respond to queries, and build online communities 
• Track performance metrics and provide actionable insights 
• Collaborate with internal teams for campaigns, promotions, and brand initiatives 
• Ensure consistency in brand voice and visual identity

 Required Skills & Competencies

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong creative and content ideation abilities 
• Proficiency in canva or similar design tools
•  Basic video editing skills (Reels/Short-form content) 
• Understanding of social media algorithms, hashtags, and engagement strategies
•  Basic knowledge of analytics tools and performance tracking
•  Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines 

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline (Delhi University preferred)
•   2–3 years of experience in social media management
