Job Title: Social Media Marketing(Meta Ads Expert)

About the Role

We are hiring a Meta Ads Expert to create, manage, and optimize Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of audience targeting, campaign optimization, and performance marketing to generate leads and improve ROI.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and manage Meta Ads campaigns across Facebook and Instagram.
• Build custom audiences, lookalike audiences, and retargeting campaigns.
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize budgets, creatives, and targeting.
• Conduct A/B testing to improve campaign results.
• Track campaign performance and prepare regular reports.
• Coordinate with the creative team for ad creatives and campaign strategies.
• Stay updated with the latest Meta Ads trends and best practices.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 years of hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager is mandatory.
• Strong understanding of audience targeting and campaign optimization.
• Knowledge of Facebook Pixel, Meta Events Manager, and conversion tracking.
• Analytical mindset with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Microsoft Ads (Bing Ads),Flipkart ads ,Amazon ads or any other paid advertising platform will be an added advantage.
• Familiarity with Canva or other creative tools is a plus.
