Job Title: Social Media Specialist (Google Ads Expert)

About the Role

We are looking for a Google Ads Expert to plan, execute, and optimize high-performing Google Ads campaigns. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Google Ads, keyword research, campaign optimization, and performance tracking to generate quality leads and maximize ROI.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Performance Max, and Remarketing).
• Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
• Optimize campaigns to improve CTR, Quality Score, conversions, and ROI.
• Monitor budgets, bids, and campaign performance.
• Track conversions using Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
• Prepare performance reports and recommend optimization strategies.
• Collaborate with the content and creative team for ad copies and landing pages.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of hands-on experience with Google Ads.
• Good understanding of keyword research and campaign optimization.
• Knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Microsoft Ads (Bing Ads),Flipkart ads, Amazon ads or any other paid advertising platform will be an added advantage.
• Google Ads Certification is a plus.
• Familiarity with Canva or other creative tools is a plus.
