Store Manager

Primary Responsibilities

• Customer Assistance: Greet customers as they come in and help them find the exact hardware, tools, or materials they need for their task.
• Inventory Tracking: Keep a strict eye on everything coming into the shop and everything going out. You’ll be responsible for making sure our records match what is actually on the shelves.
• Stock Management: Monitor stock levels and ensure we don’t run out of the essentials. You will be in charge of organizing new deliveries and keeping the storage area tidy.
• Shop Maintenance: Keep the shop clean, organized, and easy for customers to navigate.

What We’re Looking For

• Hardware Knowledge: You should know your tools and materials. If a customer asks for a specific grade of bolt or a plumbing fitting, you should know exactly what to hand them.
• Organizational Skills: Since you’ll be managing the inventory, you need to be someone who naturally stays organized and pays attention to detail.
• Reliability: We need someone who is dependable, punctual, and comfortable working in a small-shop environment.
• Physical Ability: You should be able to handle, lift, and move hardware stock as needed.
