Job Description

Making outbound calls to potential clients or managing inbound enquiries to generate leads and close leads.

Understanding customer requirements, answering product questions, and providing tailored solutions.

The telesales executive’s responsibilities include cross-selling or up-selling our products where possible, receiving incoming telephone calls and assisting with customer inquiries, as well as maintaining an accurate record of all calls made and received.

Proven experience as a telesales representative or in a relevant customer service role.

Results-driven, patient, and able to handle rejection. 

Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
