Job Title: Business Development Executive Location: NOIDA Department: Sales & Marketing Reports To: Business Development Manager / Head of SalesJob Summary:The Business Development Executive is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The role involves market research, lead generation, client presentations, and coordination with internal teams to deliver business growth and customer satisfaction.

  • Key Responsibilities:Identify potential clients and business opportunities through research, networking, and cold calling.
  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and expand the company’s customer base.
  • Build strong relationships with new and existing clients to ensure long-term business growth.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations to clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet revenue goals.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align strategies with market needs.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client communications using CRM tools.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, competitors, and market developments.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events.
  • Qualifications and Skills:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
