Job Title: Sales Calling Executive / Telecaller

Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated and confident Sales Calling Executive who can connect with potential customers over calls, explain products/services, and convert leads into sales. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and a persuasive approach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers
• Explain products/services clearly and effectively
• Generate leads and convert them into sales
• Handle customer queries and objections professionally
• Maintain daily call records and update CRM/system
• Follow up with interested prospects regularly
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships

Requirements:

• Good communication skills (Hindi + English preferred)
• Basic knowledge of sales and customer handling
• Confident, persuasive, and result-oriented personality
• Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel/CRM tools)
• Prior experience in telecalling/sales is a plus 
• Working Knowledge on Ecommerce Portal (Amazon, flipkart etc)

Note: The candidate may be required to travel within NCR 1–2 times a week for training purposes.
