Telecaller

G1 Cabs is looking for a confident and customer-focused Telecaller who can handle cab booking inquiries, convert interested leads into customers, and provide complete end-to-end booking support. The candidate should have good communication skills and the ability to manage customers professionally throughout the booking journey.

Key Responsibilities

Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls professionally.

Convert interested leads generated from Meta (Facebook), Google Ads, and other marketing platforms into confirmed bookings.

Assist customers with cab booking inquiries and travel requirements.

Manage the complete booking process from inquiry to trip completion.

Coordinate with customers and operations team for smooth booking execution.

Provide end-to-end customer support before, during, and after the booking.

Follow up with pending leads and customers regularly.

Maintain customer records and booking details properly.

Resolve customer queries and complaints in a polite and timely manner.

Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.

Requirements

Good communication skills in English and Hindi.

Basic computer and calling skills.

Experience in telecalling, customer support, sales, or travel industry preferred.

Ability to convince and convert leads into bookings.

Customer-friendly attitude and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple bookings.
