Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers.
  • Handle inbound customer queries and provide accurate information.
  • Promote products or services over the phone.
  • Generate leads and follow up with prospects.
  • Maintain a database of customer interactions and update records.
  • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling targets.
  • Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues when needed.
  • Build and maintain positive customer relationships.

Required Skills:

  • Strong verbal communication skills.
  • Good listening and convincing ability.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
  • Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
  • Fluency in one or more languages (depending on job location).
  • Time management and organizational skills.
