Telecaller Job Description – Skin & Aesthetic Clinic
Job Title: Telecaller / Patient Coordinator
Location: Delhi NCR
Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹20,000 + ₹2,000 Incentives
Job Type: Full-Time
About Us:
We are a growing skin & aesthetic clinic specializing in acne treatment, laser procedures, anti-aging treatments, hair care, and advanced aesthetic solutions. We are looking for confident and well-spoken telecallers to handle patient inquiries and appointment bookings.
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming and outgoing patient calls professionally
- Explain clinic services and treatment offerings
- Book and confirm appointments
- Follow up with leads from Instagram, WhatsApp, and campaigns
- Maintain patient database and records
- Coordinate with clinic staff regarding appointments
- Ensure excellent patient communication and support
Requirements:
- Good communication skills in Hindi & basic English
- Pleasant and professional speaking skills
- Basic knowledge of WhatsApp and calling
- Experience in telecalling/customer support preferred
- Female candidates preferred
- Positive attitude and convincing skills
Salary & Benefits
- Fixed Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹20,000
