Kwatra Legal is looking for a motivated and confident Telecaller / Tele Sales Executive for our Shahdara office. The role involves calling prospective clients, explaining our Trademark Registration and related legal services, and converting leads into customers.
This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with strong communication skills and sales confidence, especially in legal or service-based industries.

Key Responsibilities
* Call potential customers and explain Trademark Registration and related legal services.
* Follow up with leads generated through digital marketing and other sources.
* Understand client requirements and suggest suitable legal services.
* Maintain daily call records and update CRM/Excel sheets.
* Achieve monthly lead conversion and sales targets.
* Coordinate with the internal legal team for smooth client onboarding.

Requirements
* Fresher or experienced for telecalling / telesales/customer support (legal sales experience preferred).
* Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
* Confident, persuasive, and target-oriented personality.
* Basic computer knowledge (Excel, email, CRM).
* Experience in legal services/trademark / company registration is a plus.
