Salary: ₹12,500 – ₹25,000 per month + Attractive Incentives (performance-based, uncapped)

Job Summary

We are looking for energetic, confident, and result-oriented Telecallers to join our growing team. The primary role is to make outbound calls, handle inbound inquiries, generate leads, pitch services, and close sales or fix appointments over the phone.

Key Responsibilities

- Make 100–150 outbound calls daily to prospective customers from the provided database/leads.

- Introduce company services clearly and persuasively.

- Understand customer needs and handle objections effectively.

- Convince customers and close sales or book appointments/meetings for the sales team.

- Follow up on previous conversations and leads.

- Update customer details and call status accurately in CRM/software daily.

- Achieve monthly sales/lead generation targets and KPIs.

- Maintain a positive, professional, and polite tone throughout every call.

- Handle customer queries and grievances on inbound calls (if assigned).

- Participate in daily/weekly team meetings and training sessions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Excellent communication skills in English + Local Language, e.g., Hindi/english etc. as required].

- Clear voice and confident telephone etiquette.

- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM usage).

- Ability to convince and persuade customers.

- Good listening skills and patience.

- Target-oriented and self-motivated.

- 10th/12th pass or Any Graduate (fresher or experienced both can apply).

- Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, customer service, or BPO is an advantage but not mandatory.
