Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound sales calls to businesses and potential customers
- Conduct cold calling to introduce and sell Aldrich India products
- Generate and follow up on leads to convert them into sales opportunities
- Explain product features, pricing, and benefits clearly to customers
- Maintain regular follow-up with prospects through calls, email, and WhatsApp
- Send professional emails, quotations, and product information to clients
- Handle customer inquiries and maintain positive business relationships
- Update call records and sales progress regularly
