Job Summary:We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Telecalling Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling outbound and inbound calls, generating leads, and maintaining strong customer relationships.

• Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products/services
• Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries
• Generate leads and convert them into sales opportunities
• Maintain and update customer databases
• Follow up with customers for feedback and further engagement
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and sales targets
• Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally
• Requirements:Proven experience as a Telecaller, Telemarketing Executive, or similar role (preferred)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to convince and negotiate with customers
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools)
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
• Qualifications:Minimum: 12th Pass / Graduate in any field
