Role OverviewWe are looking for a highly motivated and persuasive Tele Sales Executive to connect with potential investors, entrepreneurs, and business owners interested in opening a SkillCircle franchisee center.
The role focuses on outbound calling, investor counseling, business opportunity pitching, follow-ups, and converting interested leads into franchisee partners.
- Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to investors, entrepreneurs, business owners, and leads interested in franchise opportunities
- Explain SkillCircle’s franchise business model, investment plans, ROI, and support structure
- Qualify investor leads and identify serious business opportunities
- Schedule meetings, presentations, and discovery calls for the franchise sales team
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects until closure
- Handle objections and build trust with potential investors
- Maintain CRM records, lead updates, and daily calling reports
- Achieve monthly targets for meetings, conversions, and revenue generation
- Coordinate with internal franchise and operations teams
- Requirements1–5 years of experience in Tele Sales, Franchise Sales, B2B Sales, or Investor Sales
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong confidence in handling business conversations
- Comfortable with cold calling and lead follow-ups
- Understanding of business models and investment conversations is preferred
- Ability to explain ROI, growth opportunities, and partnership structures
- Goal-oriented and target-driven mindset
- Preferred Candidate ProfileEntrepreneurial mindset
- Strong convincing and relationship-building skills
- Fluent in Hindi and English
- Ability to work in a high-performance sales environment
- Prior experience in EdTech, Franchisee Sales, Real Estate, Banking, or Business Consulting is a plus
