Job Description
Job SummaryWe are hiring a target-driven Telesales Executive to promote and sell Business Loan products over calls. The candidate will be responsible for handling B2C sales, guiding customers through loan processes, and converting leads into successful disbursements.
- 🛠️ Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to potential customers for Business Loan products
- Explain loan features, eligibility criteria, interest rates, and documentation requirements
- Conduct loan consultations and advisory support
- Assess client requirements and suggest suitable loan products
- Follow up with leads for document collection and process completion
- Coordinate with loan operations team for smooth disbursement
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Maintain CRM updates and call records
