Job Summary:We are looking for a motivated and result-driven Tele Sales Executive to promote and sell our range of machines over calls. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, explaining product features, and converting inquiries into sales.

• Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote machine sales
• Handle inbound inquiries and provide detailed product information
• Explain machine features, pricing, and benefits clearly to customers
• Generate leads and maintain a strong sales pipeline
• Follow up with prospects to close sales deals
• Maintain customer database and update CRM regularly
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Coordinate with the field sales team for site visits if required
• Resolve customer queries and ensure customer satisfaction
• Requirements:Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (preferred)
• Good communication and convincing skills
• Basic knowledge of sales and customer handling
• Ability to work with targets and deadlines
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools)
• Prior telesales experience in machinery, equipment, or B2B sales is a plus
