Telesales Executive

Job Purpose:

·       We are looking for an proactive and energetic tellecaller.

Responsibilities:

ü  Handle inbound and outbound calls

ü  Able to answer queries related to

the business and address complaints / Gripes.

ü  Acquire know-how on the Garment

industry

ü  Develop scripts that will be used

to interact or communicate to potential prospects.

ü  Look out for the niche market to

tap.

ü  Initiate and pitch for

appointments over the business call.

ü  Know the market and work on market

penetration.

ü  Understand the product lifecycle

the organization is into

ü  Good tele / cold calling skills

ü  Maintain call records in excel and

visitors register

ü 

Answer all incoming calls and redirect

them whenever required or keep messages

ü 

Adept in negotiation skills

Proven experience as telesales

representative or other sales/customer service role

Relevant Experience:

calling /sales  is preferable.
