Job Description
Job Title: Territory Sales Executive
Company: Akka Luxury Brand Distribution Ltd.
Location: Okhla Phase 1, Delhi
About the Company:
Akka Luxury Brand Distribution Ltd. deals in premium sports equipment brands such as Puma, Nike, Reebok, New Balance, along with a wide range of cricket bats, shoes, and accessories.
Job Responsibilities:
- Visit existing retailers regularly to maintain strong business relationships
- Identify and onboard new distributors and retail partners
- Generate sales orders and achieve monthly/quarterly targets
- Showcase and promote new product launches (especially Reebok range) to retailers
- Ensure proper product display and visibility at retail outlets
- Follow up with vendors and internal teams for order processing and dispatch
- Track payments and ensure timely collection from retailers/distributors
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback
- Maintain daily visit reports and sales records
Key Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in field sales (preferably in sports, footwear, or retail distribution)
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Strong network with retailers/distributors is an advantage
- Target-driven and self-motivated
- Willingness to travel within assigned territory
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / reporting
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Experience handling premium or sports brands
- Ability to build long-term relationships with clients
- Good presentation and product demonstration skills
