Job Description

  • importing, wholesaling, distributing, and supplying a wide range of CPUs, computer TFT, Storage Solutions, security cameras, RAMs, Laptops and other computer Consumables as well as Accessories
  • Maintain the Asset Management process from the acquisition and tracking of all hardware Functional life-cycle
  •  Identify and evaluate international suppliers.
  •  Negotiate contracts and pricing with global IT vendors.
  •  Ensure compliance with IT import/export regulations.
  •  Manage supplier relationships and performance.
  •  Develop and implement sourcing strategies.
  •  Monitor market trends and assess risks.
  •  Collaborate with internal departments to define procurement needs.
  •  Optimize supply chain processes for cost and efficiency.
  •  Prepare and analyze IT procurement reports.
  •  Resolve issues related to quality, delivery, or payment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools – Word, Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint
  • Support regular IT contract expiry and renewal meetings
