Warehouse Inventory Manager

An inventory manager's responsibilities include: 

• Inventory tracking: Design and implement a system to monitor stock levels, and ensure inventory is accurately recorded 
• Supplier management: Liaise with suppliers to get the best prices and rates, and negotiate contracts 
• Inventory management: Ensure that inventory is purchased, documented, and managed smoothly and cost-effectively 
• Warehouse management: Ensure that the warehouse operates efficiently, and that warehouse staff follow safety regulations 
• Inventory reporting: Document inventory movements and report them to management 
• Inventory analysis: Analyze daily product and supply levels, and monitor demand 
• Inventory forecasting: Use historical sales data to estimate customer demand 
• Inventory control: Control expired, lost, or damaged products, and work with sales representatives to recover inventory 
• Inventory team management: Recruit, train, and manage a team of warehouse workers
