Job Description

We're Hiring: Accountant (Busy Billing Software)


Location: Nivoseas Lighting LLP, Sector 104, Noida


We are looking for a full-time Accountant with hands-on experience in Busy Billing Software.


Job Responsibilities:


- Billing and invoicing using Busy Software

- GST invoicing and basic accounting

- Purchase and sales entry

- Stock and inventory management

- Bank reconciliation

- Vendor and customer account reconciliation

- Payment and receipt entries

- Preparing reports in Busy

- Coordinating with the CA for accounting requirements

- General office and accounts-related work


Working Hours: 11:00 AM – 8:30 PM

Working Days: 6 days a week (1 weekly off)

Our store remains open all 7 days.


Requirements:


- Experience with Busy Billing Software is mandatory

- Basic knowledge of GST and accounting

- Good computer skills and attention to detail

- Honest, responsible, and organized
