Job Description
Maintain and update accounting records and financial transactions
Prepare invoices, purchase orders, and payment vouchers
Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable
Reconcile bank statements and ledger accounts
Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
Monitor expenses and ensure budget compliance
Prepare GST/TDS filings and other statutory compliances
Coordinate with auditors, vendors, and internal departments
Maintain proper documentation of financial records
Support payroll processing and expense reimbursements
