Job Title: Analyst – Offer Desk management
Location: Noida/Gurgaon
Role & Responsibilities
Ensuring processing and smooth releasing of the Offer requests via Oracle Recruiting cloud.
Proper coordination and communication with TA team, Onboarding team for the joining for the candidate.
Analyzing and interpreting the MIS reports.`
Creating monthly and quarterly dashboards based on level and businesses requirement
Supporting and working with the team to identify the challenges ,prepare a mitigation plan and providing improvement ideas for the betterment of the process.
Ensuring zero errors in the offers being rolled out to candidate.
Accuracy in the MIS report being generated and dashboards being created.
Getting feedback from recruiters and working on the improvement areas on timely basis

?Proficiency in working with Microsoft Office tools

?Any Graduate / Post-graduate from a reputed institute with specialization in HR
?0-2 years of experience.
