Audit Executive

We are looking for an Audit Executive to support our audit team in conducting operational audits across restaurants, hotels, warehouses, and franchise outlets. The candidate will assist in verifying compliance, inventory, billing processes, and operational standards while ensuring company policies are being followed.

Key Responsibilities

• :Visit restaurant, hotel, warehouse, and franchise outlets as per the audit schedule.
• Assist in conducting operational and inventory audits.
• Verify stock records, consumption reports, and inventory variances.
• Check billing, cash handling, discounts, and POS transactions.
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs and operational guidelines.
• Review hygiene, housekeeping, and food safety standards.
• Prepare audit reports and document observations.
• Follow up with outlet teams on audit findings and corrective actions.
• Support the senior auditor in audit planning and execution.

Requirements:

• Graduate in Commerce, Hospitality, Business Administration, or any related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in audit, operations, inventory control, or hospitality.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.
• Strong observation and analytical skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively for field audits.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Preferred:Experience in Restaurants, Hotels, Retail, or Franchise Operations.
• Knowledge of inventory management and POS systems.
