Job Opening – Insurance Back Office Executive / Trainee
Company: Gera Wealth Pvt Ltd
Location: Sector 75, Noida
Experience: Fresher / 0–3 Years
Salary: Rs 1.8 lakh – Rs 2.4 lakh p.a.
Preference: Candidates residing within 6–8 km of Sector 75, Noida

Job Role & Responsibilities
Health Insurance Claims Handling
Lodging health insurance claims with insurance companies
Coordinating with clients for claim documents
Following up with insurance companies for claim settlement
Tracking rejected / pending claims and pursuing resolution
Ensuring timely settlement and client support
Corporate Insurance Support
Coordinating with insurance companies for quotations for various policies
Assisting in policy issuance and documentation
Handling endorsements and policy modifications
Coordinating between clients and insurance companies
Actively following up for policy renewals
Back Office & MIS Work
Maintaining records and MIS in Google Sheets / Excel
Drafting emails and correspondence with clients and insurers
Preparing basic reports and data sheets
Updating client and policy records systematically
Required Skills
Good verbal and written communication skills
Basic computer proficiency
Knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, email drafting, and internet operations
Organized and detail-oriented working style
Ability to follow up proactively and coordinate effectively
Preferred Candidate Profile
Experience in insurance back office / claims handling will be preferred
Fresh graduates who are quick learners and possess good people skills may also apply for trainee roles
