Job Description

*Data entry and record maintenance in Excel/software.

*Managing day-to-day operational activities.

*Preparing reports, MIS, and operational documentation.

*Coordinating with different departments for smooth workflow.

*Handling customer/vendor queries through calls, emails, and messages.

*Maintaining databases and updating information regularly.

*Processing orders, invoices, and other operational documents.

*Monitoring task completion and ensuring timely follow-ups.

*Maintaining accurate records and filing systems.

*Supporting management with administrative and operational tasks.

*Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

*Preparing daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
