Service Engineer - ELV Projects

Diploma / B.Tech in Electronics, Communication or Electrical Engineering

Key Responsibilities

              1.           Conduct initial site surveys to understand project scope and design system architecture for CCTV & networking solutions

              2.           Prepare BOQ (Bill of Quantities) based on site analysis and client requirements

              3.           Lead pre-sales technical discussions, handle client queries, objections, and provide optimal solutions

              4.           Plan and manage project schedules, allocate resources, and ensure timely delivery

              5.           Monitor ongoing projects with 100% quality control and client satisfaction focus

              6.           Coordinate and manage technical discussions between clients, internal teams, and outsourced vendors

              7.           Provide technical guidance during critical issues, complaints, and project execution challenges

              8.           Build and develop a high-performance technical team in alignment with management goals

              9.           Conduct technical training sessions to upgrade team skills and ensure standardization

Mandatory Requirements

              •            Diploma / B.Tech (Electronics/Electrical) – Mandatory

              •            Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in CCTV / Networking projects

              •            Proven experience in handling large-scale Government & Corporate projects

              •            Strong technical knowledge of surveillance systems, networking, and integrations

              •            Experience in team handling and leadership

              •            Highly self-motivated, disciplined, and result-oriented

              •            Long-term vision and commitment to grow with the organization

               •            Knowledge of network design, fiber optics, and centralized monitoring systems

              •            Strong communication & client management skills
