Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Handle international tour operations for Vietnam, Bali, Southeast Asia, Sri Lanka, Japan, China, Malaysia, Singapore etc.
- Coordinate hotels, transfers, sightseeing, and supplier bookings.
- Prepare itineraries, vouchers, and travel documents.
- Manage booking confirmations, amendments, and operational support.
- Coordinate with sales and vendors for smooth tour execution.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2-3 year experience in the travel/tourism industry.
- Knowledge of international destinations and tour operations.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and email handling.
✈️ Preferred: Candidates with experience in international holiday package operations.
