Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day branch operations and team performance.
- Monitor sales targets and ensure branch growth.
- Handle staff management, and floor discipline.
- Support sales and operations teams in achieving business goals.
- Resolve customer escalations and ensure service quality.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
- Train, motivate, and guide team members.
- Ensure smooth coordination between sales, operations, and management.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the Travel & Tourism Industry.
- Prior experience in team handling or branch management preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage targets, operations, and staff efficiently.
✈️ Preferred: Candidates with experience in travel sales, operations, and team management.
