Branch Relationship Associate

Key Responsibilities:

Generate leads through self-sourcing, references, field visits, and digital platforms.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and business partners.
• Understand customer financial needs and recommend suitable financial products.
• Handle customer queries and provide end-to-end support during the loan process.
• Coordinate with internal teams for documentation, verification, and disbursement.
• Achieve monthly sales and business targets.
• Maintain customer database and follow-up records.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
• Cross-sell financial products to existing customers.

Required Skills:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
• Basic knowledge of banking and financial products.
• Ability to work under targets and pressure.
• MS Office and CRM knowledge preferred.
• Field sales experience will be an added advantage.
• Qualification:Graduate in any discipline.
• MBA/Finance background preferred.
• Experience:0–3 years in Banking, NBFC, Finance, Insurance, or Sales sector.
