Job Description

  • Key Responsibilities:Identify and approach potential customers for personal loan products
  • Generate leads through field visits, referrals, and cold calling
  • Explain loan features, eligibility, interest rates, and documentation requirements
  • Assist customers throughout the loan application and approval process
  • Maintain relationships with existing clients for repeat business and referrals
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
  • Coordinate with credit and operations teams for faster loan processing
  • Maintain accurate records of leads and conversions
  • Requirements:Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate preferred
  • Good communication and convincing skills
  • Basic knowledge of banking or financial products (preferred)
  • Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets
  • Willingness to travel locally (for field sales roles)
  • Freshers with strong sales interest are welcome
  • Skills:Sales & negotiation skills
