Business Development Executive

Tracksun Solar Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Manager to join our growing team in the solar energy sector. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building strong client relationships, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

* Identify and develop new business opportunities in the solar energy market

* Generate leads through field visits, networking, and referrals

* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients

* Conduct meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations

* Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

* Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project execution

* Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities

Requirements:

* Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales / Business Development

* Prior experience in solar industry is an added advantage

* Strong communication and negotiation skills

* Willingness to travel for client meetings

* Target-driven and self-motivated
