Job Description
BMDU is looking for a dynamic and confident Business Development Executive (BDE) who can generate leads, communicate professionally with clients, and help expand the company’s business opportunities.
The candidate should have fluent English communication skills and a strong understanding of client handling, sales strategy, and business growth.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Generate new business leads and client opportunities
- Handle client communication via calls, emails, WhatsApp, and meetings
- Explain company services professionally to clients
- Coordinate with the development and marketing team
- Maintain client relationships and follow-ups
- Achieve monthly sales and business targets
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and project discussions
- Attend meetings and represent the company professionally
- Maintain CRM/sales records and daily reports
Required Skills
- Fluent English Communication
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Good confidence and presentation ability
- Basic knowledge of Digital Marketing & IT Services
- Professional attitude and client-handling capability
- Ability to work under targets and deadlines
