Job Description
We are looking for dynamic and result-driven Business Development Executives (BDE) to join our growing sales team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to convert leads into successful deals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads through calls, WhatsApp, referrals, and site visits
- Handle outbound sales inquiries
- Understand client requirements and suggest suitable property options
- Schedule and conduct site visits with clients
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Follow up regularly to close deals
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain proper data in CRM or lead management system
Requirements:
- Graduate in any field
- Good communication skills in Hindi & basic English
- Confident, presentable, and target-oriented personality
- Basic knowledge of sales/real estate (preferred but not mandatory)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
